Telescope Advisory Partners advised the Munich and London based investment company Alpina Partners by performing a detailed Commercial Due Diligence during the takeover of the majority of Belgium-based software company Objective International. Objective International is a leading shop floor and warehouse floor IT solution provider and offers a combined MES- and WMS-solution for the process and discrete manufacturing industries.
The Commercial Due Diligence focused on an analysis of Objectives’ business model and performance, the competitive forces in the MES market as well as on the identification of future growth potentials for the company.
